摘要
目的基于眼轮匝肌的解剖特点和借鉴其它学者的经验，从美学角度探讨瘢痕性睑外翻的最佳修复方法。方法用同侧上睑或下睑的单蒂眼轮匝肌肌皮瓣，对瘢痕性睑外翻28例施行了上睑或下睑外翻瘢痕切除，肌皮瓣相互移转修复，并兼顾重睑成形和眼袋整复手术。结果术后随访观察3月～2年，均获良好效果。结论眼轮匝肌皮瓣薄柔松弛，移转灵活，血运丰富，供区切口隐蔽，取材方便。术后不仅使眼睑形态结构恢复，正常功能恢复，而且具有良好的美学效果，是瘢痕性睑外翻最佳修复方法。
Objective To investigate the best method to repair cicatricial ectropion from the aesthetic view on account of the anatomical feature of orbicularis oculi and the experience of other scholars. Methods 28 cases of cicatricial ectropion managed from Mar, 1995 to Feb. 2006 were review ed. Orbicularis ocrilmyocutaneous flap on both upper and lower eyelids was used to correct ectropion after cutting the scar. Results After operation these patients were followed up 3 momths to 2 years. All of the followed patients, received good results. Conclusions Orbicularis oculi musalocutaneous flap is thin, soft,laxitas and has rich biood supply. In addition, the flap can be transferred flexibly, and the incision in donor site is hidden in nature wrinkle. With this flap, the ectropion can be repaired as an anit in one stage besides the recovery of the eyelid. Cicatricial eetropion can be repaired by this flap w ell.
