摘要 随着市场竞争的加剧,企业的传统战略重点倾向于成本最小化或产品差异化,在不放弃这些战略的同时,采取基于时间的战略。济钢通过推行"订单按期与交付管理",提高了企业生产率,增加了产品的价格弹性,降低了企业的风险,扩大了市场占有率,形成了与竞争对手不同的差异化战略。订单交期管理的实现关键"靠的是质量的控制,比的是设备的稳定,拼的是系统管理水平"。 As the competition in the market is intensifying, the strategic stress of enterprises turns to time based strategy from traditional cost minimization or product diversity, but without giving up these traditional strategies. Jinan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd improves the enterprise productivity , increases the price flexibility of the products, reduces bus- iness risk, expands the market share by introducing the Delivery on Schedule Management of Order, thus forming the diversity strategy which is different from that of the competitors. The realization of Delivery on Schedule Management of Order is to rely on quality control, compete on steady running of equipment and strive on management level of the system.
