摘要
通过对尿素合成塔换衬中的筒体切割位置、新衬里筒节设置、碳钢筒体蚀坑修理、筒节焊接、热处理及检验等相关技术方案进行对比分析、评定,选择出了最佳施工方案,在尿素合成塔整体换衬施工中获得成功。
Technical schemes for replacing of urea converter lining, such as converter cylinder cutting position, cylinder joint position of the new lining, repair of pit erosion on carbon steel cylinder, cylinder joint welding, heat treatment and inspection, etc., were compared, analyzed and appraised, then optimal replacing scheme was selected, which got success in the entire lining replacement.
