摘要
介绍气化炉原料改为溶脱沥青(DOA)后碳黑水—灰水换热器的运行情况,分析影响换热器换热效果的因素,通过采取相应措施延长了换热器的运行周期,从而满足了装置长周期运行的要求。
Presented the operation of carbon black water/ash water heat exchanger after solvent deoiling asphalts （DOA） was used as gasifier feedstock, analyzed factors influencing the heat exchanging effect. Effective measures were taken to prolong the service life of the heat exchanger, in order to meet for the requirement of long-term operation of the gasifier.
