摘要
对半导体激光器阵列bar光纤耦合技术进行了分析和模拟,研制了双bar光纤耦合模块,成功地将双bar条通过偏振合束的方法耦合进芯径为400μm、数值孔径为0.22的光纤,其连续功率为60 W,功率密度为4.8×104W/cm2。
Fiber coupling technique for semiconductor laser bars are analyzed and simulated. The two bars copuled module was fabricated by combining the two polarized laser beams, and coupled them into the fiber which a core diameter of 400μm, and of NA 0.22. CW output power is 60 W at the forward current of 50 A. The optical power density is about 4.8×104 W/cm^2.
