解决碘甲烷堵塞定量管的有效方法

摘要 在醋酸生产装置中,介质组分的测量非常重要,它与产品质量、安全环保等重要参数密切相关。然而被测介质中碘甲烷堵塞色谱定量管的问题一直制约着在线色谱仪在醋酸装置上的应用。西门子色谱样品阀自清洗技术,利用脱盐水自动循环清洗样品回路,彻底攻克了这一难题,使色谱分析仪技术得以广泛应用,提高了醋酸生产的效率。 In manufacturing plant of acetic acid, the measurement of media composition is very important, h playsa critical role in maintaining quality of product, and is closely related to essential parameters of safety environment protection. However, the plugging-up problem of quantitative tube caused by methyl iodide in measured media restricted the wide applications of on-line chromatography in acetic acid plant. By adopting the technology of S1EMENS chromatograph self-cleaning sample valve, the sampling loop is circularly and automatically cleaned with desal- ted water. Thereby, the problem is resolved and the chromatograph can be used widely to enhance the productive efficiency of acetic acid.
