摘要
在分析高速铣削监测重要性的基础上,阐述了在工业生产中利用虚拟仪器构建监测系统的可行性、优越性。提出了基于LabVIEW的高速铣削加工在线监测系统的工作原理、硬件组成及软件方案,最终在实际生产环境中进行了检验,并取得了预期的效果。
In the paper, on the basis of analysis on the importance of high speed milling monitoring, the author discussed on the feasibility and advantages of constructing on - line monitoring system by using virtual instrument in industrial production. The working principle, hardware and software of the on - line monitoring system for high speed milling based on LabVIEW is presented and the whole system has been successfully applied in practice. The expectant effect has been reached.
