摘要
数字化视频监控系统的一些关键技术仍然不够成熟,从编码实现的角度阐述了帧内预测编码、帧间编码等,并针对视频监控图像的特点,在初始搜索点的选择中,采用中值法代替了传统的原点搜索法;另外,借鉴JM编码程序设计模型,完成了H.264的编码,给出了分析结果。
Some key technologies of digital video surveillance system are poor at present. This paper discusses intra_predictionmod , frame_inter mode and so on. Considering video surveillance images, it puts forward the median measure instead of the origin during searching initial point in frame_inter coding mode. An encoder based on JM mode are developed, and the mode and the analysis results are given.
