摘要
目的:通过对116例全血细胞减少症的骨髓涂片采用单抗 CD41免疫酶标染色,观察5种小巨核细胞在此类疾病中的不同。方法:于光学显微镜下,仔细观察染色后小巨核细胞的检出率,并作统计学处理。结果:单抗 CD41免疫酶标染色对小巨核细胞的检出及形态学观察有较好的优越性,能及时发现体积小的淋巴样巨核细胞。结论:单抗 CD41免疫酶标染色检测小巨核细胞具有方法简便、特异、敏感、染色后的巨核细胞颜色鲜明、细胞轮廓清楚、容易测量大小、观察形态等特点,特别容易发现淋巴样小巨核细胞,对 MDS 与其它全血细胞减少症的鉴别诊断有重要价值。
Objective :To observe differences among five kinds of small megakaryocytes through the 116 cases of marrow smears of pancytopenia by CD41 monoclonal antibody immune enzyme staining. Methods: To observe carefully with optical microscope the detection rate of lymphoid megakaryocytes and to do statistical analysis. Results: CD41 monoctonal antibody immune enzyme staining has superiority of small megakaryocytes detection and morphological observation on small megakaryocytes, and it can discover smallsize lymphoid megakaryocytes. Conclusion: The method of CD41 monoclonal antibody immune ELISA test on small megakaryocytes is simple, specific and sensitive. The stained color of small megakaryocytes is with clear cell outline, whose size is easy to be measured, whose shape and other characteristics are easy to be observed. It is easy to discover lymphoid micromegakaryocyte in particularly. There is significant value for diagnosis of MDS and pancytopenia.
