摘要
目的:观察甘露聚糖肽对小儿单纯性肾病综合征(SNS)继发感染的预防作用。方法:102例初治 SNS 患儿随机分为治疗A组(36例)、B 组(35例)和对照组 C(31例)。三组均采用泼尼松中程疗法,治疗 A 组在此基础加用甘露聚糖肽片口服、B 组加用黄芪注射液。观察患儿8周内缓解率、6个月继发感染率、肾病复发率及用药前和用药6个月血浆 IgG、IgA、IgM 的变化。结果:三组8周内缓解率无统计学差异;继发感染率和复发率治疗各组均显著低于对照组;感染后治愈天数治疗各组也显著少于对照组。用药6个月后治疗各组血浆 IgG 上升,显著高于用药前和对照组;血浆 IgA、IgM 治疗各组与对照组无统计学差异(见表2)。结论:甘露聚糖肽具有降低 SNS 患儿继发感染、减少复发的作用,改善了因长期使用激素所致的免疫功能低下。
Objective：To observe the peptide in children mannan simple nephrotic syndrome （SNS） the prevention of secondary infection. Methods： 102 cases of newly diagnosed patients were randomly divided into treatment SNS A group （36 eases）, B group （35 cases） and the control group C （31 cases）. Three groups were using medium-range prednisone therapy, the treatment of Group A on this basis and with mannan-peptide oral, B group plus astragalus injection. Observation of children in the remission rate of eight weeks, six months of secondary infection, kidney relapse rate and before treatment and medication for six months plasma IgG, IgA, IgM changes. Results： three groups of eight weeks, no significant difference in remission rate, the recurrence rate of secondary infection and treatment groups were significantly lower than the control group; few days after infection cured of each group also significantly less than the control group. Six months after the drug treatment group increased plasma IgG, was significantly higher than before treatment and control groups; plasma IgA, IgM treatment of all groups with no significant difference in the control group （see table 2）. Conclusion： Mannan peptide with lower SNS children with secondary infection, reduce the role of recurrence due to improved long-term use of hormone-induced immune dysfunction.
