摘要
在磷酸二氢钾一氢氧化钠介质中,微量锑㈣对H2O2氧化偶氮胂Ⅰ(ASAⅠ)褪色反应有明显的阻抑作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量锑(Ⅲ)的新方法。讨论了酸度、反应温度、时间、试剂用量及共存离子的影响,确定了实验最佳反应条件,并测定了阻抑反应的表观速率常数和表观活化能分别为1.90×10^-3/s和79.21kJ/mol。方法线性范围为4.0~48ug/L,检出限为2.53×10^-7g/L,用于环境水样的测定,相对标准偏差小于2%,回收率为98.5%~104.39/5%。
On the basis of inhibiting effect of trace amounts of antimony (Ⅲ) on the discoloring reaction of arsenazo Ⅰ(ASA Ⅰ) in the K H2PO4-NaOH medium,a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of antimony (Ⅲ) has been developed. The factors such as acidity, reaction time and temperature, influence of coexisting ions were discussed. The optimum reaction conditions were established. The apparent rate constant and apparent activation energy of the reaction are found as 1.90 × 10^-3/s and 79.21 kJ/mol respectively. The linear range is 4.0-- 48ug/L and the detection limit is 2.53 × 10^-7 g/L for antimony. This method has been used to detect trace amounts of antimony in water samples and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is lower than 2%, and the recovery is from 98. 5% to 104.3%.
