摘要
采用恒电流电解重量法测定烧结镍中镍,然后通过用原子吸收光谱法测定电解残余液和酸不溶残渣中的镍含量,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定沉积在铂阴极上的钴、铜、锰、铁、锌等杂质元素的含量并对电解重量法的测定结果进行修正。分别考查了电解液pH值、电解的电流和时间对分析结果的影响。结果表明,当电解液的pH值为9.5,采用在2A电流下电解1 h,然后将电流加大到4A,在该电流下继续电解1 h的电解制度,电解效果较好。此法测定结果与认定值相比无明显差异,11次试验结果的相对标准偏差为0.13%。
The content of Ni in nickel sinter was measured by constant current electrolysis deposition. In order to modify it, the content of Ni in residual electrolyte and insoluble sullage has been measured by atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of Co, Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn deposited on platinum cathode has also been measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The influence of electrolyte solution pH, electrolysis current and time on the analysis result has been researched respectively. The result showed that when at pH9.5, the electrolysis carried out for 1h at 2A and then the current was added up to 4A at which the electroysis carried out for another lh, a better electrolysis effect was obtained. There was no obviously difference between the result from this method and the certified value. The relative standard deviation of eleven measured results were 0. 13%.
