摘要
西部与东部在民营企业发展上存在很大差距,这是造成东西部差距扩大的一个重要原因。但西部地区拥有一定的科技优势,发展民营科技企业具有极大的潜力。而提高企业自身的自主创新能力则是促进西部地区民营科技企业发展的重要途径,为此本文从五个方面进行了探讨。
There exist very large differences on the development between western and eastern enterprises, which is one of the major factors enlarge the gap between east and west regions in China. However, western enterprises have very high developing potential as they do have certain technological advantages. As the improvement of self - creativity is the most important way for the development of an enterprise, this paper covers the topic from five different aspects.
