摘要
本文通过分析黑河、石羊河、塔里木河、宁夏黄河段及内蒙杭锦旗黄河南岸灌区的水资源配置及其调度的案例,讨论了干旱缺水地区的水资源配置和调度中需要考虑的中游地区生态环境变化问题,实施水资源配置后对中游地区经济社会发展的影响和水权转换中的生态环境等问题。
By analyzing water resource allocation and management of Heihe River, Shiyanghe River, Talimuhe River, Ningxia section of Huanghe River and Nanan irrigation district of Nei Monggol, the article discussed the ecological and environment problems and the impact on economics development in middle reaches of basin in water resource allocation of arid area, and discussed the ecological and environment problems in water resource transform of Huanghe River irrigation district.
