蛛网膜下腔与硬膜外阻滞在老年人髋关节置换术中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨老年人髋关节置换术麻醉方法的选择。方法对50例行择期髋关节置换术的老年患者分别行蛛网膜下腔阻滞(S组)和硬膜外阻滞(E组)麻醉,观察其麻醉效果。结果S组麻醉起效时间、手术时间较E组少,术中阿拉明使用量也少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛛网膜下腔阻滞具有起效快、阻滞完善、对血流动力学影响小等优越性。
