摘要
目的识别、分析与评价某化肥厂技改扩能工程建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定职业病危害类别和防治措施的可行性,提出职业病危害防护对策和建议,保护劳动者健康。方法选择与该项目类似的工程作为类比项目,以类比法为主、经验法为辅进行评价。结果该项目选址、总体布局等基本符合有关规定,具备较完善的防护措施,生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有粉尘、CO、NH3及噪声等,为严重职业病危害建设项目。结论该项目遵循了国家有关建设项目职业病危害防护的法律、法规,采用了较为可行的职业卫生防护措施,从职业病防治角度分析,该项目的建设是可行的。
[Objective]To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazardous factors and level in the expansion construction project of a fertilizer plant, confirm the occupational disease categories and the feasibility of preventive measures and put forward oc- cupational protection countermeasures in order to protect the laborers " health. [ Methods ] Similar project was taken as the analogy project ; evaluation was made with analo~ method assisted with experience. [ Results ] The site selection of the project and the pro- duction overall layout were basically in compliance with the relevant standards and requirements ; the preventive measures were rela- tively complete; the main factors of occupational hazards in the production process were dusts, CO, NH3, noise and so on; it is a construction project with severely occupational hazards. [ Conclusion ] This project complies with the relevant national laws and regulations for construction projects; it has taken feasible occupational disease prevention and control measures; this construction project is feasible from the occupational disease prevention and control point of view.
