颧骨复合体骨折坚强内固定术后临床观察

摘要 目的:总结颧骨复合体骨折复位后不同坚强内固定方式治疗的稳定性。方法:对38例颧骨复合体骨折采用切开复位.1~4点微、小型钛板及单皮质螺钉坚强内固定治疗。结果:38例患者经2~12个月随访,骨折全部愈合,颧骨体稳定。结论:直视下准确复位后,1~4点固定颧骨体均较稳定,无再移位发生。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of treating compound fractured zygomas with different methods of internal fixation. Methods: 38 cases of compound zygoma fractures were treated through the open reduction way, from 1 to 4 points internal rigid fixation with miniplate or microplate and single lag screw. Results: 38 cases were all healed with good zygomas stability after follow-up of 2-12 months. Conclusion: After correctly reduction, the zygoma fracture can be restored by different methods from 1 to 4 points fixation.
