摘要
试验发现在pH 10.4的氨性缓冲溶液中,锑(Ⅲ)与二溴对甲偶氮羧(DBpMCA)及乳化剂CTMAB形成稳定的红色三元络合物,其吸收峰位于550 nm波长处,其摩尔吸光率为1.0×105L.mol-1.cm-1。其质量浓度在8.0μg/10 mL以内符合比耳定律。测得此络合物的组成摩尔比为锑(Ⅲ)∶DBpMCA∶CTMAB=1∶3∶2。
It was found that in an arnmoniacal buffer medium of pH 10. 4, a stable reddish colored ternary complex was formed among Sb( Ⅲ ), dibromo-p-methyl carboxyazo (DBpMCA) and emulsifier CTMAB, with its absorption maximum at 550 nm and its molar absorptivity of 1.0×105L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the range within 8. 0ug per 10 mL of solution. The mole ratio of the complex was found to be: Sb(Ⅲ) : DBpMCA : CTMAB= 1 : 3 : 2.
