摘要
针对质子交换膜燃料电池堆各单电池的反应气体流量均匀是保证电池堆高效、稳定运行的关键因素之一,通过简化的电池堆气场系统模型,研究了等截面和变截面进气总管在U型和Z型两种进气方式时电池堆内部压力分布以及各单电池流量分配规律。研究结果表明,具有一定锥度结构的变截面进气总管在U型进气方式时,电池堆沿进气总管长度方向的压力分布比较均匀,压力损失较小,电池堆各单电池的气体流量较其他形式均匀。
A simplified mode of gas flow system for cell stack was presented. The pressure distribution of mainfolds and gas flux distribution in cell stack were studied for two different gas - flow patterns (Z-pattern and U - pattern) under different air flux through fixed and variable flow cross-section area manifolds respectively. The results show that when the taper with a certain degree is under U - pattern gas-flow, the pressure distribution along the mainfold is quite uniform with little pressure loss. The volume flux through each cell is more uniform than other instances.
