摘要
针对当前我国农民工社会保障制度的城保模式、双低模式、综合保险模式、农保模式等四种主要制度模式,从制度的价值理念、制度运行效果、制度的适应性、制度的可持续性等四个方面进行了详细的评估和比较。
The paper makes detailed appraisal and comparison security system for rural migrant workers, namely urban working comprehensive insurance and rural basic insurance, in terms of and sustainability of the system. on the major four modes of China＇s social staff basic insurance, double-low insurance, value concept, operating results, adaptation and sustainability of the system.
