摘要
水资源作为一种战略资源,是制约城市经济社会发展的最重要因素之一.笔者探讨了水资源承载力的定义和内涵,然后采用层次分析法定量分析青岛市水资源承载能力,并构建系统动力学仿真模型,通过对拟定4种水资源配置方案的对比分析,分别计算出各个方案的承载能力,确定出了青岛市水资源规划的最佳方案,为青岛市水资源的可持续利用以及社会、经济、资源的协调发展提供科学依据.
Water resources act as one of the most important factors in the economic and social development of cities. On the basis of definition and connotation, this paper quantitatively analyzes water resources carrying capacity of Qingdao using analytic hierarchy process (AHP). A systematic dynamic (SD) simulation model is constructed. Through comparative analysis of the four proposed schemes of water resources allocation this paper works out the carrying capacity of each scheme and puts forward the optimal planning of water resources in Qingdao. This scheme intends to provide scientific evidence for sustainable utilization of water resources and harmonious development of the society, economy and resources in Qingdao.
