摘要
本文对国家基层国土规划地图编制的特点、方法作了全面的论述,并提出生产力的布局是基层国土规划地图编制的主要依据。
This thesis discusses the characteristics and methods of the state's grassrootsnational land programming map comprehensively,furthermore raises it's a princi-pal basis that the allocation of production capacity is the main point of the gras-sroots national land programming
