昔布类药物临床药学新进展
摘要
迄今已知COX有3种亚型:COX-1、COX-2和COX-3,本文拟就COX-1和COX-2的作用及二者关系,讨论这类抑制剂的作用特征,并由此提出研制新型抗炎药物的设想。
