摘要
本工作选用高分子多孔微球G.D.X-104填充柱,在相同条件下能分析无水乙醇、三氯甲烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、苯等多种有机试剂含量及微量杂质。采用此柱,且具有柱温低(130℃)、分析速度快(5分钟)、精密度好、准确度高等优点,并达到了一柱多用的目的。
In doing this work,we use the high polymer porous microballoons G.D.X—104 filling column,with which we can under the same conditions,analyse anddetermine the content and micro-foreign substance of the absolute ethyl alcohol,chloroform,acetone,ethyl acetate,ethyl ether,benzene and many other organicreagents.We've found many advantages in using this column:it provides lowcolumn temperature(130℃),fast analysis(5 minutes),with high degree ofaccuracy and precision,and what's more,the column can be used for more thanone purposes.
