摘要
藏书建设是图书馆工作不可或缺的重要组成部分。文章通过分析影响藏书建设的各种因素,提出了高校合并后图书馆必须建立独具本校学科特色文献资源体系的构想,进而从图书馆日常业务工作的采访、分编、排架、剔旧等方面入手,提出了改善藏书结构的对策。
Collection of books is an important component of library work. Various kinds of factors which influence the library＇ s collection of books are discussed in this article, and it is necessary for the university＇ s conbined library to set up the system of document resources that give a library personality subjects of the university. The author gives advice on how to improve the books structure according to analyse the library work such as buying books, classifying books, shelving books and getting rid of old books.
