摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术对糖尿病病人的影响。方法2000年9月-2008年4月采用前瞻性对照方法分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术（观察组25例）和开腹胆囊切除术（对照组24例）对糖尿病病人手术前后血糖、胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果观察组术后血糖明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；观察组术后胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性与对照组差异无显著性（P均〉0．05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术对糖尿病病人术后血糖的影响小于开腹胆囊切除术。
Objective To investigate the influence of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy on geriatric patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 49 patients with diabetes mellitus were observed, 25 as experimental group were performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and 24 were performed open cholecystectony as control group. The glucose level, insulin level and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative glucose level in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy brings less effect on the glucose level in patients with diabetes mellitus compared with open cholecystectony.
