摘要
我国政府十分重视城市环境治理,经过多方面不断努力已取得了明显成效,但目前仍然存在许多问题。这些问题的产生既有体制、机制的原因,也有法制的原因。因此,需要采取切实有效的创新措施,以改善城市环境质量,促进经济社会的全面发展。
Chinese Government has paid great attention to urban environment governance, and remarkable achievements had been made in the aspects of effects. However many problems still exist. These problems are originated due to the system, mechanism and legal factor. Therefore, effective innovative measures must be taken to improve environmental quality in cities, and promote comprehensive economic and social development.
