摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法和逻辑分析法,对休闲体育与休闲体育文化进行概述的同时,从岭南传统体育所具有的传统性、地域性、民俗性、兼容性、娱乐性与休闲性等特征出发,阐述岭南传统体育在休闲时代背景下的发展现状及前景。
This paper, using the methods of documentation, interviews and logic analysis, has outlined the leisure sports and recreational sports culture. From the traditional, regional, folk, eompafihility, entertainment and leisure, and other eharaeteristios in Lingnan traditional sports, it has set forth the present situation and prospoets of development in Lingnan traditional sports under the background of the leisure times.
