摘要
目的研究了微波辐照热解污泥的产物组成与结构,探索进行污泥有效处理和利用的技术方法.方法利用微波加热均匀、高效快速的特点,以微波为热源,对污水处理厂的污泥进行微波热解处理,并采用气相色谱和气/质谱联用分析等方法对热解生成的气、液产物的组成和化学结构进行分析.结果微波直接辐照污泥仅达到对其干燥的效果.在污泥中加入吸波介质,可实现污泥高温热解的目的.在污泥热解生成的气体产物中CO和H2总的质量分数最高可达72%,可以作为洁净的燃料气体使用和合成气的原料.热解生成的液体产物可分为水相和油相,油相的主要成分是脂肪族类化合物占42%左右,单苯环类物质占22%,可以直接作燃料油使用,也可以经分离得到化工产品.结论采用微波辐照热解的方法不仅可以对污泥进行有效处理,而且还可以实现其资源化有效利用.
A new method to pyrolyze sewage sludge by microwave radiation was developed. The compositions and distributions of pyrolytic products were investigated by GC/MS. The results show that the temperature of the sewage sludge only reach about 300℃ when it was radiated by microwave. The addition of microwave absorbers such us graphite and activated carbon into sewage sludge can achieve the pyrolysis of sewage sludge at high temperature by microwave radiation. The gas product of pyrolysis contain the CO, H2 and some hydrocarbon gases (the content of CO and H2 was higher than 72 % ) and can be used as clean fuel and rude materials of the syngas. The liquid product can be separated as water and oil which contains about 42 % aliphatic compounds and about 22 % of monoaromatics. The oil can not only be directly used as fuel but also be separated to get chemical products.
