摘要
建立合理的市场机制是实现电力系统节能减排和资源优化配置的一种有效方式,而小火电的关停则是目前电力系统节能减排的一项重要内容。对市场机制下发电权的相关问题进行了讨论,分析了通过发电权交易促进小火电关停的节能减排效益,并对开展发电权交易仍需解决的问题进行了讨论。
Building the reasonable market mechanism is a good method to save energy and to optimize the distribution of resource, To close down small thermal power plant is an importance task for the power system. In This thesis, power generation related issues were discussed and, the benefits which brought by the trade of power right under current situation was analyzed. Finally, the thesis raise problem of electricity trading problems which need to be solved,
