摘要
以纯铁和钨粒为助熔剂,二氧化铀在高频感应炉的纯氧气流中燃烧,其中以各种形式存在的硫化物转化为二氧化硫,然后用红外吸收法测定二氧化铀中的硫。加入标准溶液回收试验结果表明,回收率在94%~103%,试样中硫质量分数为95μg/g,置信度为95%,测定次数为6次时,重复性r=10μg/g,再现性R=21μg/g。称样质量为1.000g时,方法的分析下限为15μg/g。
The sulfide in uranium dioxide powder can be transformed to sulfur dioxide after burning in high frequency induction furnace at present of pure iron powder and tungsten. Sulfur in Sulfur dioxide can be determined by infrared absorption method. The recovery of sulfur is in the range of 94%-103% by adding standard sample containing sulfur and standard solution containing sulfate ion when the sample contains sulfur of 95μg/g, and the repeatability is of 10μg/g, the reproducibility is of 21μg/g. When sample mass is 1. 000 g, the limit of detection is 15 μg/g.
