超声波提取甘油的实验研究

摘要 以棉籽油脱臭馏出物为原料,研究用超声波提取甘油的方法.经五元二次正交试验得到甘油的最佳提取条件是:超声波功率为85-150W,催化剂为0.044%~0.048%甲醇钠,超声时间为20-25min,超声波温度为60-70℃,醇油比为0.328-0.355mL/g.建立的甘油得率模型经实验验证拟合良好,预测准确. In this paper, the extraction conditions on glycerol from cottonseed deodorized distillate by ultrasonic were studied. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:85-150W of ultrasonic wave power,0. 044-0. 048% of sodium methoxide as catalyst , 20-25min extraction time ultrasonic, 60-70℃ of ultrasonic bath temperature, 0. 328-0. 355mL/g ratio of alcohol to oil . The mathematical model on glycerol yield by experiments indicates that it has a good coincide between the predicted value of glycerol yield and the experimental value.
