摘要
利用超声波的机械振荡作用对氧化淀粉浆和经纱上浆进行处理,通过与传统上浆方法的对比实验,探讨了超声波作用与经纱上浆温度、浆液含固量等的关系。结果表明,在一定条件下超声波对纱线上浆作用明显,可获得比常规上浆更好的浆纱性能。
The act of ultrasonic wave on oxidized starch and the process of starching were studied.Through the experiments compared with the traditional sizing process,the relation of the act of ultrasonic wave with the yarn sizing temperature,starch size and so on were analysed.The results showed that the effect of the ultrasonic wave in warp sizing was obvious and better sizing property could obtain.
