颅脑创伤后植物状态磁共振影像36例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究颅脑创伤后持续植物状态(PVS)的磁共振影像(MRI)特征。方法分析36例颅脑创伤后持续植物状态患者MRI资料,按病灶位置、性质大小进行统计处理。结果所有患者都有脑实质损害,共发现脑软化灶312处,平均每例8.67处,主要分布在大脑皮层、脑室旁白质、基底节、胼胝体、脑干。结论MRI检查对颅脑创伤后持续植物状态的诊治有重要意义。 Objective To stuady the characteristics of MR imaging in posttraumatic persistent vegetahve state. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)was used to detect the lesions in 36 patients of posttraumatic persistent vegetative state.according to locations natures and sizes of MRI leisions,Statistical analysis was performed. Results There were 312 loci (an average of 8.67)in the 36 cases, which are mainly distributed in the cerebral cortex, periventrcular white matter, the basal ganglia, the corpus callosum, the brain stem. Conclusion MRI may provide important information for the accurate diagnosis of PVS after traumatic brain injury.
