摘要
大学生思想政治工作关系中华民族的整体素质,关系国家前途和民族命运。抓好大学生思想政治工作是学校坚持社会主义办学方向、培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的根本任务。在新的历史时期,加强和改进大学生思想政治工作应注意处理观念一元化与多元化、民族文化与西方文化、整体规划与分层实施、教育方法内化与外化等因素之间的辨证关系。
College Students＇ ideological and political education is closely related to the whole quality of Chinese nation and concerns national future and national destiny. Managing well this education is the basic task for a college to keep to the socialist educational orientation and to Wain builders and successors for the socialist cause. In this new historical epoch, to strengthen and improve this education should correctly handle the dialectical relations between unified conception and pluralized conception, national culture and western culture, integrated planning and layered implementation, the internalization and externalization of teaching strategies.
