摘要
指出人民防空地下室在完成预定防护功能的情况下,更要兼顾平时的使用功能,充分发挥其社会效益和经济效益,全面分析了人防地下室变形缝的结构设计问题,提出了设计变形缝时可以采取的几种处理方式。
The paper points out the civil defense basement should also have its functions in daily life and exert its social and economic effects, while it completes its defense function, analyzes completely on the structural design of the deformation joint in the civil defense basement and indicates some treatment measure when the deformation joint is involved in.
