摘要
高校行政管理队伍是推动学校改革、建设和发展的重要力量,关系到学校办学水平的高低。文中通过对当前高校行政管理队伍存在的问题进行分析,提出了高校高素质行政管理队伍建设的基本要求以及在新形势下,如何着手大力提高高校行政管理队伍创造力水平。
Administration team is an important force in promoting the reform, construction and development of universities. It closely relates to the future of universities. The problems of university administration team existing currently are analyzed in this paper. It also presents the basic requirements in construction of a high quality university administration team and the methods to improve their creativity.
