摘要
随着死刑核准权统一收归最高人民法院行使,死刑案件成了检察实务和研究工作的重要内容。当前检察机关全面介入死刑案件工作还处于起步阶段,存在诸多问题,需要立足法律监督机关的本职,进一步加强和改进,切实保证死刑判决的公正统一。
With The Supreme People g Court Withdrawing the Death Penalty Approval Power, capital cases becomes an important contents in procuratorial organ practice and research. It is a beginning stage that procuratorial organ intervenes in capital cases completely. There are many problems need to be settled. The procuratorial organ should enhance and improve their work based on their function of legal supervision, and confirm the judge trial.
