摘要 目的:研究匙羹藤Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult茎的化学成分。方法:用乙醇进行渗漉提取后,浸膏以系统溶剂分离法进行部位分离。利用大孔吸附树脂法、硅胶柱层析法、葡聚糖凝胶柱法和重结晶法对其正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并通过波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:牛弥菜醇A(Ⅰ)、正十七烷醇(Ⅱ)、豆甾醇-3-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、1-栎醇(Ⅳ)、正十八烷醇(Ⅴ)、硝酸钾(Ⅵ)、羽扇豆醇桂皮酸酯(Ⅶ)、豆甾醇(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得。 Objective:To study on the chemical constituents from the stem of @mnema sylvestre. Methods:The constituents were extracted by percolation with ethanol. Then the extract was separated by systemic solvent separation methods. The part of n-butanol extract was isolated and purified by macroporous adsorptive resins,silica gel column chromatography,sephadex gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The isolated compounds were identified by spectrum methods. Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as fallows : Conduritol A ( Ⅰ ), 1-Heptadecanol ( Ⅱ), Stigmasterol glucoside ( Ⅲ ), 1-Quercitol ( Ⅳ ), 1-Octadecanol ( Ⅴ), Potassi- um nitrate ( Ⅵ ), Lupeol cinnamate ( Ⅶ), Stigmasterol ( Ⅷ). Conclusion : Chemical compounds Ⅱ , m, v, w are firstly obtained from this plant.
