摘要
节约能源是目前乃至将来国家建设的核心内容之一,而抓建设必须从源头开始,工程设计即是建设与生产的源头,它不仅影响工程建设投资,而且关系到将来投产以后的产品成本和质量。
Energy saving is one of the most important task in national construction currently and in future. However, the beginning shall be paid attention in any construction, and the engineering design is the beginning. Design will not only affect the investment of construction, but also is concerned with the cost and quality of the products put into production.
