通过田间小区试验,研究了不同配方叶面肥对蕹菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:1)与对照(喷清水)相比,各个配方的叶面肥均能显著提高蕹菜的产量,其中以在氮、钾、镁固定的基础上,叶面肥中添加活性物质2和1/4浓度微量元素的配方增产效果最好,增产幅度达52.5%,且该处理蕹菜的维生素C含量也最高;2)就蕹菜的可溶性糖含量和叶片叶绿素含量而言,以在氮、钾、镁一定的基础上,叶面肥中添加活性物质1和1/4微量元素与添加活性物质2和1/4微量元素的2个配方的效果最好,但二者之间差异不显著;3)在氮、钾、镁一定的基础上,叶面肥中添加活性物质1和1/2微量元素与添加活性物质2和1/2微量元素的2个配方对提高蕹菜可溶性蛋白含量的效果最好,但二者之间差异不显著。研究还发现,活性物质2比活性物质1对提高蕹菜可溶性糖含量和维生素C含量效果更好。
A field experiment was performed to study the effects of different formula foliar fertilizers on yield and qualities of water spinash (Ipomoea aquatica). The results were listed as follows: 1 ) Foliar fertilizer application significantly increased the yield and qualities of Ipomoea aquatica as compared with control (freshwater application). The treatment subsidized with NPGS2 and a quarter concentration of microelements, as well as nitrogen, potassium and magnesium, produced the highest yield and increased by 52. 5% as compared with control. Additionally, the vitamin C content was also highest in this treatment. 2) For soluble sugar and chlorophyll, the treatments added with NPGS1 and NPGS2 and a quarter concentration of mieroelements, as well as nitrogen, potassium and magnitude, had the maximum value but there were no differences between the two treatments. 3) The protein con- tents were much higher in the treatments subsidized with NPGS1 and NPGS2 and a half concentration of mieroelements, as well as nitrogen, potassium and magnesium, but no significant differences were observed between the two treatments. Soluble sugar and vitamin C contents greatly increased in the treatments with NPGS1 and NPGS2, suggesting that application of NPGS1 and NPGS2 can improve the quality of Ipomoea aquatica.
