学生视力监测几种统计指标的应用比较 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨评价群体视力状况的统计指标,为学生群体视力不良的评价提供统计学依据。方法整群选取大连市546名城市小学女生,按照年级分为6个组,测定学生远视力。计算4种"率"和2种"均数";为反映长期动态趋势,分别计算定基比、环比。结果小学六年级与小学一年级相比(城市女生):(1)≥5.0(国内标准)的视力正常率由95.68%下降到40.00%,定基比分别为-58.19%和+1 288.89%;(2)>4.7(国际标准)的视力正常率由100.00%下降到64.37%,定基比分别为-35.63%和+∞;(3)平均视力由5.12下降到4.84,定基比为-5.47%;⑷平均视角由0.7586分扩大到了1.4454分,定基比为+90.54%。结论群体视力监测应按照5分记录法计算平均视力,然后还原为平均视角,再计算定基比和环比。 Objective To exPlore the statistical indices of vision survey, and to provide bases for the assessment among pupils. Methods LogMAR vision data were collected from 546 urban female pupils who were divided into 6 groups With the grades. Two kinds of arithmetic means and four kinds of prevalence rates were calculated. And the relative ratio with fixed base ( RRFB ) and the link relative ratio ( LRR ) were calculated respectively in order to make a dynamic analysis. Results The analysis was carried out only between the grade one and the grade six: (1) The rate of normal vision ( ≥5.0 ) decreased from 95.68% to 40.00%, and their RRFB were -58.19% and +1 288.89% respectively. (2) The rate of normal vision (more than 4.7) decreased from 100.00% to 64.37%, and their RRFB were -35.63% and +∞ respectively. (3) The arithmetic mean of vision decreased from 5.12 ( -0.12 log MAR) to 4.84 (+0.16 log MAR). The RRFB was -5.47%. (4)The arithmetic mean of visual angle amplified from 0. 758 6 to 1. 445 4 minarc. The RRFB was + 90.54%. Conclusion In a vision survey, the arithmetic mean of logMAR vision, visual angle and the RRFB and LRR should be calculated respectively.
