摘要
建立了NH3/CO2自然复叠制冷系统的仿真模型。通过模拟得到了压缩机吸排气压力、不同冷凝和蒸发温度下COP、冷凝蒸发器工质需求量随中间温度的变化规律。结果表明:系统在每个工况下都存在使COP最大且按规律变动的最佳中间温度;排吸压比与中间温度呈线性关系以及工质需求量随中间温度按比例变化等。研究结果为系统的实际运行提供了理论基础。
The simulation model of NH3/CO2 natural cascade refrigeration system was est- ablished. According to simulation, the law how the sucking and discharging pressure of compressor,the COP at different condensing and evaporating temperature as well as the refrigeration demand of cascade-condenser altering with the middle temperature were gained. The outcomes show: the best middle temperature which makes the COP maximum exists on every system state, and moreover it changes in terms of law; the ratio of the discharging pressure to the sucking pressure is linear change with the middle temperature; in addition, the denland of refrigerant vary in light of proportion along with the best working state. The study results provide the theory groundwork for actual running of this system.
