摘要
2004年,大港油田完成6口水平井的钻井、试油、投产任务。针对各水平井不同的油藏特点,前期通过岩心或岩屑对储层进行敏感性评价,优选射孔液,在保护油气层的基础上,采用不压井作业装置;采用有限元法,就不同射孔弹的排布方式对套管的影响进行模拟分析,在地面进行不同尺寸射孔枪的弯曲试验,并针对不同油藏类型的水平井,对射孔方式进行优选。应用水平井滤砂管防砂技术,最大限度的提高油井产能。
In 2004, Dagang oilfield has completed 6 wells of drilling, oil production testing and starting-up. To difference reservoir characteristics in all kinds of horizontal wells, by evaluating reservoir sensitivity with core and cuttings, optimizing perforation fluids, and basing on protecting reservoir, using operation equipment without killing well and finite element method, influence from different kinds of perforating bullet arrangement on cased tube is stimulated and studied, crook of difference size perforating gun is tested on the ground and types of perforating are optimized in horizontal well with difference type of reservoirs. It is the maximum limit to raise productivity of oil well by using sand filtrating pipe for sand control in horizontal well.
