摘要
肝纤维化是肝脏对各种慢性损伤的损伤修复反应。在这一过程中,炎症细胞、纤维生成细胞等多种细胞成分交互作用,导致纤维化发生、发展;关键信号路径介导各种纤维生成细胞因子的促纤维化效应,包括激活纤维生成细胞、增加纤维生成细胞的胶原生成和细胞增殖。此文综述了近年肝纤维化细胞和信号路径的研究进展。
Hepatic fibrosis is considered to be a wound-bealing process of liver in response to a variety of chronic injuries. In this process, inflammatory cells and fibrogenic cells interact with each other and cause the development and progression of fibrosis. Key signal pathways mediate the pmfibrotic effects of various kinds of fibrogenic cytokines, including activating the fibrogenic cells, enhancing the collagen production and cell proliferation. This paper reviews current advances in cells' roles and signal pathways in hepatic fibrosis.
