四维超声成像诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值研究

摘要 目的探讨四维超声成像(实时三维)在诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析960例孕期产前检查(12-28周)孕妇,发现胎儿畸形24例,均经引产和产后证实。结果胎儿畸形25例,四维超声检出24例,符合率为96%,漏诊1例,漏诊率为4%。结论四维超声能够动态连续显示胎儿在宫内的活动,显示胎儿表面结构立体完整并安全简便无损伤,可重复检查。能诊断大部分胎儿形态结构方面的畸形,降低出生缺陷具有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the uhrasonography in diagnosing congeninal fetal anomaly. Methods 960 cases of pregnant women were reviewed and analysed in pre-partum examination( 12-28 weeks), congenital fetal deformity was revealed in 24 cases and all cases were confirmed after abortion or delivery. Results Ultra-sonography detected the congeninal anomaly in 24 cases out of 25 cases, the rate of fully accurate diagnoeis was 96% ,and the partially accordant diagnosis in 1 case (4%). Conclusion Uhrasonography can consecutively display fetal activity in uterus in dynamic state, and can display fetal surface constitution integrity, is a safe, convenient, non-invasive, repeatable modality to diagnose most fetal anomaly in morphous constitution, which plays an important role in reducing occurance of birth defects.
