摘要
近年来,英国为推进国家卫生服务制度(简称NHS体系)的信息化与现代化,出台了一系列的政策法规、战略与方针,强化NHS在卫生信息管理方面的立法。本文根据英国卫生部近年制定的卫生信息政策文件以及相关研究资料,就卫生信息监管、卫生信息质量管理,以及卫生信息安全管理等方面制定的政策法规作简要介绍,以期对我国的卫生信息管理立法与政策制定有所启示。
In order to promote the informafization and modernization of the National Health Service （NHS）, the Department of Health in the U. K. has implemented a series of information strategies and policies to strengthen the management of health information. Through introducing the latest files launched by the Department of Health in the U. K., this paper focuses on the legislation in the field of health information governance, health information quality management and health information security management of the NHS in the U. K.. Considering the significance and urgency of the legislation in the field of the health information management in China.
