摘要 目的了解胃癌组织中微卫星体不稳定性(MIN)的表达情况。方法应用放射性同位素PCR为基础的测定方法,对106例胃癌进行研究。结果MIN在膨胀型胃癌中的表达明显高于在浸润型胃癌中的表达(P<0.005),而MIN表达与胃癌组织学类型,pTNM分期以及年龄和性别无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论MIN在相当一部分胃癌,尤其是在被公认为预后良好的膨胀型胃癌的发生发展过程中起着非常重要的作用。 Objective To evaluate the microsatellite instability (MIN) in gastric cancers (GC). Methods MIN was examined in 106 cases of GC, using the radioactive polymerase chain reactionbased method. Results The frequency of MIN was significantly higher in expanding type of GC as compared with the infiltrative type (P<0.005, χ2 test). No significant association with histologic type, pTNM stage, age and sex was found (P>0.05,χ2 test).Conclusions These findings reveal that MIN might be an important contributor to the development and progress of a significant number of GC, especially the expanding type which, as acknowledged traditionally, has a favorable prognosis.
