摘要
采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了型材滚弯成形弹塑性有限元模型,成功地完成了型材变曲率滚弯过程的数值模拟,数值模拟结果与生产实际情况符合较好。利用有限元模型,分析了变曲率型材零件滚弯成形后的残余应力分布,研究了滚弯成形后型材剖面角度的变化,可以为实际生产过程中参数的选择和滚弯工装的设计提供有力的帮助。
The elastic-plastic finite element models of roll banding are built in this paper, and simulation of variable curvature roll banding is carried out. Simulation result ageees well with production. Using finite element models, residual stress of variable curvature roll banding is analyzed, and the variation of section angle is studied. The research results are helpful for parameter selection and tooling design in production pratices.
