波浪式荷包缝合法在PPH治疗混合痔中应用 被引量：2

摘要 Longo在1998年首先报道的吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术（procedure for prolapse and haemor-rhoids，PPH），以其痛苦小、恢复快、术后并发症少等优点深得患者的欢迎，但术后残余外痔或皮赘是一个常见而棘手的问题，并导致较多患者对PPH术后效果感到不甚满意。本研究采用波浪式荷包缝合法治疗混合痔66例。取得较好的治疗效果．总结报道如下。
